Boston Celtics Head Coach Brad Stevens believes his team is deep and interchangeable enough to be able to keep a fresh rotation in at all times and simply outlast his opponents in the upcoming 2014-15 NBA Season.
“I think we need to utilize our depth,” Stevens said on Monday. “We have enough depth and it’s one of our strengths, and we need to use it as a strength.”
“We’re going to keep fresh bodies out there and kind of outlast people,” concurred Forward Brandon Bass stated. “Most teams around the league have a bunch of players playing [35 to 40] minutes a game. I think that if we can keep everybody at a reasonable amount of minutes, I think we can outlast teams.”
The Celtics open the season at home against Kevin Garnett and the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday October 29th. Plenty of affordable tickets and great seats are still available so be sure to get yours now and come out to support your Boston Celtics!
