The Boston Celtics have made it back into the NBA playoffs after a year absence and are currently slotted to play the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round. The win, though, nearly did not happen.
With the clock running down, Jae Crowder hit a game-winning three pointer to send Boston to the playoffs. Beating the Cavaliers will be a tall task for any squad in the East, but especially so for the Celtics after the year they had.
“Hey, to have a chance to compete against the very best in the league is a great opportunity,” Boston coach Brad Stevens said. “It’s a big mountain, but it is a great opportunity.”
